Business Process Management (BPM) aims to support the whole life-cycle necessary to deploy and maintain business processes within organisations. An important step of the BPM life-cycle is the analysis of the processes deployed in companies. However, the degree of automation currently achieved cannot support the level of adaptation required by businesses. In this talk I will present the experience gained in the course of the EU project SUPER in applying semantic technologies to enhancing existing techniques in Business Process Analysis. In particular I will describe the main ontologies that we have defined to this end and I will introduce some of the different analysis techniques and applications that we have developed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
